We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a reference to it is therefore no longer provided.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general legislation. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
